Ingredients:

  • 1 cup atta (whole wheat flour)
  • 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup ghee (clarified butter)

  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a heavy bottom pan or kadai, add the ghee and let it melt on low flame.

  7. If desired, you can roll the laddus in chopped nuts.
