Ingredients:
- 1 cup atta (whole wheat flour)
- 1 cup besan (gram flour)

Instructions:
- In a heavy bottom pan or kadai, add the ghee and let it melt on low flame.

- Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down for a few minutes.
